Corporate social responsibility and governance: Resolving complex conflicts

This stream will include papers addressing to the topic of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Corporate Social Responsibility involves the conduct of a business and associated business function so that it is economically profitable, law abiding, ethical and socially supportive.

Topic of interests are:

  • Cooperation and decision-making in Inter-Organizational Collaboration, and Non-Governmental Organizations as well as Public-Private joint ventures.
  • Participative leadership, socio-technical organization and performance measurement
  • Stabilization, humanitarian aid, security, economic and social rehabilitation
  • Ethical dilemma and CSR debate: Profit maximization
  • Collaborative network
  • Network and collaborative governance

Mixed methods approaches as well as research in progress are welcome.
